Rodney Hopkins
Chief Executive Officer
- I worked as an apprentice at one of the largest construction companies in the state of Florida.
- At the age of 21 I was superintendent of the builders’ union with 16 people in my charge building schools with a big plastering company.
- Around 1977 with my brother we created the company RB plastering and stucco where projects of personalized houses, hotel complexes and shopping centers were carried out.
- My professional experience in construction and stucco of more than 45 years is what triggered Green Wall Panel System in 2011 starting with the required investigations and tests.
- In 2023, our Green Wall Panel System brand is patented.

Carlos Barrera

- I worked since I was a teenager in construction from below, occupying multiple positions and different areas of it.
- I have been working in construction for more than 35 years, especially with foam (EPS-HD)
- I am an expert in finishes of all kinds in high-end residences.
- I have high knowledge in EIFS products and their installation practices in the United States.
- In 2014 I founded American design plus for the manufacture of architectural EPS-HD products and I constituted C Barrera for the installation of this material in all types and shapes including the final finishes.
- In 2011 I began the research and development of the Green Wall panel culminating with the certifications of Miami Dade County in hurricanes, earthquakes and impacts.
- In 2024, operations of the EPS-HD manufacturing plant and Green Wall panel opened to serve the Central American region and the Caribbean with this new construction system.

- I have more than 17 years in the construction business.
- I have participated in the design, specification, commissioning and execution of construction projects in the commercial and residential sector.
- I joined Green Wall Panel System in 2024 to manage the development of the company’s operation in regional markets and participate with senior management in the research and development of more products.
Javier Denys
Country Manager
- I am an MBA Architect with 35 years of experience in the commercialization and marketing work environment at the regional level.
- I spent 15 years in the management of sales and marketing at the regional level in mass consumption of food.
- I have more than 16 years of experience in the construction area, especially in the design, marketing, and marketing of architectural products, facades and roofs.
